The Beach & Lake is a privately owned Ayurvedic Resort, 8 kilometres south of Trivandrum International Airport. Offering Therapeutic and Rejuvenating Ayurvedic programmes, the resort is nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Karamana river, situated on an island.
On one side are the backwaters; bordered by a forest of coconut palms, a natural habitat for 31 odd species of migratory birds. On the other side, a secluded expanse of beach stretches 4 kms north to the lively beach of Kovalam.
The resort's own boat sole access this tanquil oasis. Qualified doctors, stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, attentive service and excellent food ensure enhanced benefits to your treatment programme.
The Beach & Lake Ayurvedic Resort is open through the year. October to April is the main tourist season. Optimum benefit can be achieved by taking treatments during the rainy season of June and July.
